Refund & Returns Policy
Print-on-Demand (Printify)
Print-on-Demand (POD) products are not eligible for returns or refunds unless the item arrives defective or incorrect.
Customers must provide photos and submit a claim within 7 days of delivery.
Replacements for defective or incorrect POD items are handled directly by the U.S.-based printer that fulfilled the order.
Dropship Products (Zendrop Suppliers)
Dropship products fulfilled by Zendrop cannot be returned.
Refunds or replacements are only issued when covered by Zendrop’s official policies (such as damaged, incorrect, missing, or undelivered items, with required proof).
