Order Processing & Printing
Print-on-demand (POD) items (e.g., Printify, Gooten) are made to order and sent to the vendor after the order is received. Printing typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on the product type and vendor. This is in addition to shipping.

Shipping Providers & Times

• POD orders (Printify, Gooten): Ship from U.S.-based printers, free U.S. shipping (standard or economy). Printing typically takes 2–7 business days. Some vendors are small businesses, which may affect production speed. No overnight shipping.

• Dropship items (Zendrop): Ship from U.S. warehouses or partner suppliers, typically 3–7 business days. Some suppliers may be small businesses, which can affect fulfillment times.

Shipping Costs
All orders include free U.S. shipping (standard or economy). No additional shipping fees are charged at checkout.

International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Shipping Delays
While we aim for timely delivery, carrier delays, customs, weather, or vendor production may affect timing. We are not responsible for these delays.

Tracking Your Order
Tracking is provided once items are shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

• POD orders: No returns or refunds unless defective or incorrect.
